Constantly blocking my view of posts to force app use is unacceptable I used to have the app, I have an account, but these days I just use my summary via email. Or I did until every post gets locked by a big ad picture telling me to download the app. If I was going to use the app, I would be. I don’t want to use the app, I want to read in my browser like I could for years. Taking away access just makes you look like a controlling jerk of a company, though it’s not like that’s any kind of secret. I will gladly never install your app again just to spite you for this spiteful behavior. Stop blocking my content. I am still using your service even if I’m not in your app. It still has ads. You do not need to monitor my personal browsing data.

Pure Developer Negligence This app is awful. When it’s not randomly freezing, it refreshes itself without being asked to. Wanna switch to another app quickly to fact check something before posting it? This garbage app will refresh when you get back to it, so you’ll have to look for the post you’re trying to reply to again. Oh are you reading a very long post? Well, the app doesn’t care, it will just refresh the front page as a big middle finger to you for not giving the app enough attention. The developer clearly does not care, and apparently neither does the company. Also I can’t share links without opening them in the browser first and when I do that I get a Reddit error page instead of the link that works fine in the app.

Stop asking about the app I don’t use Reddit often and don’t want to download it on my phone but whenever I use the browser it freezes my scrolling and tries to force me to download the app. I’m not doing that and just because you keep trying to force me to do it I’m giving a one star review
