The Problem

Couples with mismatched libido, roles, or sexual preferences often repeat emotionally charged conversations without distinguishing flexible desires from firm boundaries. This can damage confidence, create pressure around consent, and leave both partners uncertain whether the relationship is workable. The recurring buyer job is to conduct one structured compatibility conversation and reach a decision without coercion or blame.

Potential Solution

Offer a fixed-scope intensive delivered by a qualified sex therapist or appropriately trained relationship professional. Each partner completes a private intake, followed by a facilitated session that maps shared preferences, negotiable differences, and non-negotiable boundaries; the couple then receives a written next-step plan. Delivery should include screening and referral procedures for abuse, coercion, trauma, or clinical issues outside the service's scope.

Why Now?

The signals repeatedly describe people recognizing sexual incompatibility but lacking a safe process for discussing it. A packaged, outcome-focused intensive is easier to purchase than open-ended counseling and can be launched as a professional service before developing any supporting product.

My boyfriend (23M) struggles to stay aroused during sex with me (24F). What can I do about our sexual incompatibility?

I F24 have been with my bf M23 for 9 months , but I’m starting to realize our intimate relationship is not the greatest. Compared to him I have a higher sex drive , I really enjoy making him feel good and I often give him oral a lot even when it’s my menstrual cycle. Unfortunately he doesn’t initiate as much as I do and it makes me wonder if he even enjoys being intimate with me. Today we’re were trying to get intimate but it was taking him a while to get hard and even stay hard, he was inside of me for only 2 minutes and just kept getting soft. He would try to continue giving me oral or using his fingers but he just couldn’t get up again and the only way he stayed hard was is if I gave him oral and he released from that. I’ve asked plenty times if he’s satisfied and if there is anything I can do but he claims everything is fine. I personally don’t feel satisfied and it’s making me insecure because even if we have a makeout session he doesn’t even get hard from that unless if I start giving him oral, he does have a pretty active lifestyle, he’s constantly going to the gym and going on runs and a good diet. But I just don’t know what to do at this point because I’m becoming sexually frustrated. Is this something that can be fixed? Yes or no ?

How do I (33F) accept low initiation and lack of passion in an otherwise good relationship (3yrs with 40M)?

Hi, I’m reaching out because I have no idea if I should either accept, that I am not getting what I want in my relationship or if my needs are just strange and will never be met. My boyfriend is a really nice guy, people pleaser, introvert, loves his computer, he joins nearly everything but initiates rarely, capable in the houshold and open to talk about everything in the relationship. Im phsyically really attracted to him. When we started being intimate when dating, I made him hard but once I stopped touching his p\*\*\* for only 1 second, he would get limp again. So I had to make him hard and put him into me, else it would not work. That also means there was no time for me…but in the beginning I was so horny it didnt really matter and I thought it might just be because he is really nervous. He also cums really fast. But still after weeks and month nothing changed so I asked him if he thinks that I am actually cuming. He said ‚good question‘, thought a while about it and then replied that he thinks I am actually not. Long story short: After month I also really carefully talked with him about his erection issues and it was the first time in his life that he was actually asked and that he talked openly about it (I am his 7th sexual partner and he is 40). So after some more month of talking he can hold an erection now successfully – which already really changed our sex life. Sometimes he lasted long enough that I could cum, I think we have good compatibility. Now we are 3 yrs together. We have sex once a month and only if I initiate. He initiates maybe once every 3-6 month. Im asking him regularly since 1.5 years, that I really wish for more initiative from him and what he needs for it (maybe appointments? Maybe…whatever?) but he just always says „yes i want to do that“ but then it never happens. He just says he is never horny, only sometimes, and he doesn...

How do I manage my (33M) “responsive desire” with my partner (32F)?
I’m very much this way and I understand it can be tough. I’ve been with my partner for 5 years now, and the best thing you can do is be honest about what you’re going through. To her, it can feel like you aren’t initiating because you don’t find her attractive and she may need some reassurance if that isn’t the case. It took time and communication, but my partner and I have developed actions / phrases I can do that basically mean “please initiate”. It’s much easier to do those small things but your partner can still see that you’re trying “your version” of initiating. Consent and communication are the most important factors in a sexual relationship!
