It would extract ingredients, quantities, units, servings, instructions, and component sections; display each extracted field beside its source evidence; flag uncertain values; and require confirmation instead of silently guessing. The initial product can export corrected recipes in printable, structured, and broadly compatible formats before expanding into grocery lists, unit conversion, and nutrition calculations.

Recipes increasingly arrive through screenshots and short-form videos, where conventional webpage importers perform poorly. At the same time, unreliable generative extraction is creating visible demand for provenance, confidence indicators, and correction tools.
