Too much AI :( I really wanted to like this browser, I’ve used it for about a year now. Ecosia: Search to plant trees

Good Alternative to Google/Chrome. I started Ecosia a couple of days ago after hearing about Google’s plans to fully use A.I and I like it so far. I am able to find most of the searches/sites that I use. I also love how it helps the environment and that they seem honest about what they’re doing. While there are two A.I features in Ecosia, they are easy to turn off/ignore and they seem to explain why and how they implemented the A.I (There is no A.I photos and videos involved with the features either .)

Disappointment I was enjoying my time on Ecosia. I found it frustrating that everytime I opened a medical site it would crash or that the addresses didn’t pop up like I was used to but overall it was functional. But now the search bar is completely ai which is exactly what I came to Ecosia to avoid. I’m extremely disappointed in Ecosia. Don’t let yourself be fooled by environmentally healthy ai; there’s no such thing.
