The Problem

Software engineers, data scientists, and similar technical candidates waste hours checking multiple job boards, company career pages, ATS listings, and niche sources. The search produces too much noise, and candidates lose track of applications, recruiter conversations, resume versions, follow-ups, and interview prep. Existing tools are fragmented between job discovery, trackers, and generic AI resume helpers.

Potential Solution

Start as a productized service for active technical job seekers: intake the candidate profile, target roles, constraints, and resume versions, then deliver a daily shortlist of high-fit roles with fit rationale and suggested application assets. Maintain a lightweight application tracker, monitor email status updates, and create role-specific prep briefs for interviews and follow-ups. Over time, standardize the workflow into software, but the first paid offer can be a high-touch managed operation.

Why Now?

Remote and technical hiring remains fragmented across ATS systems, company pages, niche boards, and community posts. AI ranking and summarization make it practical for a small operator to provide personalized filtering and prep at low marginal cost.

Poozle - AI Job Search

Great app and even better team Poozle has been a total game changer for my tech job search. The AI matching actually shows you relevant roles instead of random junk like other apps do. But honestly what surprised me most was the team. The Poozle people are super responsive and really nice to interact with. You can tell they actually care. Highly recommend if you are in tech and looking for a better way to job hunt!

[Discussion] To everyone who got a job offer in the last 6 months: What actually worked for you?
I gave my 2 months notice without any offer because previous company moved me to a shitty role. 1. I applied via Naukri, LinkedIn, Talent 500 and Hirist. Got most of the calls via Naukri. A few good ones from Talent 500 as well. 2. My tech stack is JAVA full stack and YOE 8 years 3. The biggest thing that made difference for me was tailoring my resume using ChatGPT and making it ATS perfect with score above 80-90 percent. I also saw a surge of calls once I mentioned AI related tasks that I had done in my project. Even developing using AI is worth mentioning if nothing else. I gave a lot of interviews I think more than 50 for sure. I was giving one interview every day or every other day and kept perfecting my tech stack related questions. I used to note down questions asked and expected questions in a single doc and made it golden QUESTION BANK. I would revisit this bank before each interview while also learning something new about a tech stack related topic or System design concept each time. I also started doing 2-3 DSA most asked questions every day. 4. The search took around 2.5 months for me. I was freaking out everyday of my notice period that I have to get a job before my LWD but it didn’t happen for me. As soon as I let go of the pressure and decided that I will only join a good company no matter how long will it take, I started getting better calls and got my first offer. 5. My biggest advice would be : Don’t lose hope, good opportunities take time. I feel hard work is important and job hunting is tough in our field but consider it one time grind to fix your life for next few years. Give as many interviews as you can so you are perfected like a DIAMOND once the good opportunities arrive at the end of your notice period. I am a big believer of MANIFESTATION, so I advise always write down your dream package and the kind of company you are looking for. Write something you can actually believe you can achieve and then leave it be.
