Booked flights tickets through this app. Booked it in advance months back and now suddenly the flight has been cancelled and they're not providing an alternative flight saying there's none when I can clearly there are and only giving refund options which is a waste as rebooking is gonna cost more. Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels

Do not book flights here Never book a flight with this app. The cancellation fees total more than the ticket and includes taxes. To change a flight, it takes an arm and a leg. The phone number does not work. Someone will eventually call you from India but it will show a NY area code, and again say more fees will be due for changes. DO NOT USE this app for flights.

I booked a room for today a week ago and it got cancelled today Honestly Agoda is almost impossible to reach, I can’t get a response nor in contact with customer support because the AI just ends the call. I did t even get a refund on the room I booked and never got to use due it being cancelled and overbooked. I don’t understand how I was able to pay for a booked room.
