Consumers are being charged after cancellation, billed unexpectedly after trials, debited twice, or placed on the wrong subscription tier. Recovering the money requires navigating merchants, app stores, banks, receipts, cancellation records, and slow support channels, while many customers do not know which party controls the refund.
Offer a human-led recovery service that collects transaction records and cancellation evidence, identifies the responsible billing party, submits the appropriate refund request, and prepares a structured dispute packet when escalation is necessary. Begin with higher-value or repeated charges and charge a fixed intake fee or a percentage of successfully recovered funds.
Recurring subscriptions and short trials now span many unrelated app categories, while fragmented billing through merchants and app stores makes resolution difficult. The signals show the same failure pattern across numerous products rather than a temporary defect in one app.

Deceptive and malicious practices One star. I purchased a subscription and requested a refund the same day. Their support chatbot told me a ticket had been created and the refund would be processed that day. Four weeks later, no refund, no follow-up, no ticket I can find any trace of. If a support system tells a customer their money is coming back and then nothing happens, that’s not a bug, that’s a broken process at best. I’d advise anyone considering a paid subscription here to think twice, because getting your money back appears to be far harder than handing it over. This is deceptive and malicious practices.
I received a debit alert message from my bank confirming my account renewal for this month and I proceeded to cancel my subscription expecting that the end of the new subscription to be September. To my surprise, it says my subscription will terminate in August. Can you look into this, as it seems I'm charged for a service I won't enjoy. Hence, I would see it as fraudulent. I added my card information only to purchase CapCut Premium. I did NOT authorize LinkedIn Premium to charge my card, and I never intended to purchase or renew LinkedIn Premium. A charge of $69.99 USD was taken from my account without my permission. Please investigate this unauthorized transaction and issue a full refund of $69.99 immediately. I also want any LinkedIn Premium subscription or automatic renewal associated with this charge canceled so I am not charged again.
