Deal and ticket marketplaces sell vouchers whose eligibility, inventory, expiration, or redemption status may not match the merchant's records. When redemption fails, support teams must reconstruct the transaction across marketplace, merchant, booking, and payment systems, producing delays, disputed responsibility, repeat purchases, and chargebacks. The repeated failures span several transaction categories rather than one isolated application defect.
Provide marketplaces with a managed operation that verifies high-risk offers before sale, tests redemption paths, monitors exceptions, and contacts merchants when records conflict. For failed redemptions, an operator assembles the purchase evidence, confirms merchant availability or nonperformance, and returns a documented refund or replacement recommendation within an agreed response window. Repeated cases can later support a standardized merchant verification and exception-management product.
Marketplaces increasingly connect multiple independent merchant, booking, and payment systems while pushing customer support toward self-service. That combination makes unresolved record mismatches more visible and costly when customers arrive at a venue or service location expecting immediate fulfillment.

Phone number taken, prices don’t reflect in store amounts with coupons First making an account you are forced to put your phone number to even log in, so I put my number I have had for 5 years and it says the number is in use. That simple procedure took 3 days to figure out after calling customer support 3 times. Then every coupon etc in the shopping list does not reflect in store when you go to checkout. Every single person I see about this has a problem even getting the coupons to work correctly and the cashiers have no control. Dollar general should get this in check if they care about their employees or customers. If my prices in store do not reflect my shopping list in app with all the coupons the employees can’t help with, I’m just gonna leave and all that does is wastes both parties time. It’s pathetic I’ve never had this many problems with coupons and shopping with apps
Frustrated Will not let me reset my account and I'm not able to use it
