Five hardware opportunity patterns

1. Prototype-to-production readiness

Three of the highest-signal ideas are a fractional NPI launch-readiness service, a prototype-to-production industrialization studio, and a DFx production-readiness review. They all address the same failure: a design can work on an engineer's bench and still lack the work instructions, test coverage, supplier readiness, change control, or quality gates needed for a pilot build.

A good first offer is a fixed-scope readiness review with a risk register and build plan. Do not begin with generic manufacturing consulting. Pick one buyer, such as robotics teams before a pilot build or electronics teams before tooling release. An idea is an editorial opportunity record. A distinct signal is deduplicated within its source by logical signal key; it is not an idea-signal match or a raw source record. Google Search Console impressions and clicks, Google Trends relative interest, and third-party search-volume estimates are separate measurements and are not included in the distinct-signal total.
